We are seeking a position for Record Management Officer to work under the ambit of Operations Department .

Brief Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and administration of Bank’s record
  • Ensure effective implementation of the Record Management Policy in the Bank
  • Liaise and coordinate with all the departments and vendor on record retention, movement and destruction
  • Review and identify the records which have expired the retention period as per regulatory requirements and due for destruction
  • Review and update Record Retention Schedules of all the Divisions/Departments
  • Maintain bank wide MIS of records retained at warehouse
  • Make presentations related to record data for senior management insight
  • Visit to warehouse for verification of records and billings charged by vendor

Other Skills:

  • Well versed with banking procedures, regulatory policies and guidelines
  • Basic understanding of record management and archival processes
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication


Educational: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 3-5 years in banking (preferably Administration/Operations Department)
