Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of Talent Acquisition & OD – Lead who will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies and systems to ensure processes are in place for talent management & OD initiatives, Ensure all Talent KPIs are met. Responsible for taking OD initiatives like Job Redesign, developing and maintaining JDs, OD interventions and change management.

Qualification: MBA-HR or relevant Masters degree in HR
Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience preferably in Textile or Retail
Location: Karachi
