Job Brief: Smooth & efficient functioning of operational & administrative activities of branch and Increase the business & revenue of the Branch.
- Books shipments & Sentiments orders of walk-in customers & offers them other M&P services
- Ensures security checks of each shipment
- Submits cash sale within the specified time
- Ensures timely delivery & pickup of material
- Visits existing clients and makes new to increase the business & revenue of the Branch.
- Ensures timely recovery from clients & submission to Company’s account
- Ensures 100% implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Creates full awareness & understanding amongst the staff of all the instructions issued from Area/Head Office
- Training & Counseling of staff
- Handles the inquiries/complaints of customers and replies them promptly & courteously to resolve their inquiries/complaints
- Maintains cleanliness of Branch Office
