Assistant Manager (Import/Export) – Commodities
Employment: Permanent (Full Time)
Experience: 5 years or more in FMCG (Must have relevant experience especially in export)
Education: Graduate/Bachelors/Masters
Location: Islamabad
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining good business relations with Suppliers / Partners / Foreign Buyers.
- Identify local suppliers and develop good working relationship with them.
- Maintain regular contact with foreign buyers and keep them posted about Pakistani market developments and prices.
- Identify new buyers for portfolio products.
- Prepare cost sheet for submission of offers.
- Takes lead in arranging and monitoring signing of contracts.
- Ensure all procedural requirements of contracts, payment receipt and execution of contracts are met.
- Preparation of relevant shipping documents against export proceeds.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for transportation upto loading ports and timely clearance of cargo.
