- Job Description:
- -Achieving monthly, quarterly & Annual Sales Targets and Visibility KPIs.
- -Review the business as an On-going basis and presenting monthly plans and Business review.
- -Managing Sales orders, deliveries & receiving at stores and their respective DCs/WHs
- -Synchronized Trade Marketing strategy with Sales to Create Sales Pull, in LMTs.
- -Effectively launching the NPDS, deploying POSM.
- -Managing & Signing Contracts and implementing them to derive B.I.C execution on the primary display whereas grasping Secondary displays to ensure Promotional sales.
- -Maintaining shelf standards i.e. SOS, Placement, implementing planogram, and Brand Positioning on Shelf as per Trade Marketing Guidelines.
- -Retail Stores Audits for Perfect stores compliance to ensure the maximum availability visibility & profitability in each category.
