Overall Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and advise on various contracts and arrangements
- Provide legal advice on strategic projects and operational matters
- Develop a framework and ensure compliance with internal and external policies, regulations and applicable laws
- Highlight, mitigate and advise on legal exposures and risks
- Updating business on change in laws
