Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop complete understanding of the end to end business processes for all the subsidiaries of the business.
• Map the business processes according to best practices and standard solution.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients’ need.
• Implementation and support of SAP PS and IM module to enhance the business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Design, configuration and testing in SAP PS and IM.
• Carry out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
