Agriauto Industries Ltd, one of the leading automotive components manufacturers is in search for a “Manager Product Development“. This position will be responsible for new product development in strong collaboration with the principal, OEMs and various vendors, in-charge of the master plan for each product and ensures compliance to it through each stage.
This position will be based at HUB and pick & drop will be provided. Following is the JD:
Candidate MUST have prior experience in manufacturing industry
- Translate customer requirements in the form of a drawing with technical specifications & standards.
- Develop the new product and send for final testing/evaluation.
- Ensure that each new product has a master plan.
- Coordinate / liaise with major principals and others to get the product designed.
- Negotiate favorable prices for all these child parts (from suppliers) to ensure that production costs does not exceed the budgeted amount.
- Support production through provision of tooling development and maintenance of the production tools.
- Manage the Tool Room.
Education Required: Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years
